All personnel strive to demonstrate a corporate culture that represents the following:
The Sharp Group are subject to numerous internal, external and quality control audit procedures. We conduct our own regular assurance through a risk-based approach and are assessed by regulators and other industry bodies. We also hold the industry recognised Basic Aviation Risk Standard (BARS) Accreditation.
BARS is an international safety program that utilises Basic Aviation Risk Standards to review and audit aircraft operators that support companies in the resources sector, along with humanitarian, government, and insurance organisations.
The BARS programme is made up of a suite of risk-based aviation industry standards. These standards are developed by industry and contracting companies, and are based on the specific risks these operations face in their day-to-day aviation activities.
For the third consecutive year, Sharp Airlines has satisfactorily been audited as a BARS Accredited Company.
Every employee of Sharp Airlines has contributed to this outcome, maintaining the highest safety standards in all facets of our business.
